I have used Riviera Luxury Property Management for more than 10 years; they are dedicated, hardworking and caring people. I own a large 5 bedroom villa with a pool and they have looked after both short and long term rentals for me when I have been living on the other side of the world. They are extremely capable of finding and liaising with local workmen and contractors, and have a comprehensive directory of reliable contacts which is not an easy achievement on the Cote d’Azur. I have experienced a few emergency situations during rentals and Riviera Luxury Property Management has been highly professional in dealing with both myself and my tenants. Their level of communication and care is second to none and I feel extremely fortunate to have them as my property manager. Riviera Luxury Property Management has been our Property Manager for 7 years, since we left France for Canada . We have owned a holiday home in France for almost 5 years now and we have been lucky enough to know Riviera Luxury Property Management all of this time. I have been grateful for the help of Riviera Luxury Property Management from day one of owning a second home in the south of France. They helped me prepare my house for our first summer season, coordinating various workmen during the refurbishment and managing furniture deliveries. When my family arrives in France for a holiday the house is always perfect. The Riviera Luxury Property Management team ensures the house is clean and beds are made. They pay attention to small details to ensure a warm welcome.
We also rent out the house during the summer when we are not using it and Riviera Luxury Property Management ensures the house is immaculate for our guests. They coordinate with guests before they arrive and help advise them on restaurants and local attractions. They meet the guests on arrival and ensure they are happy during their stay. They also manage check out to ensure our guests are happy and the house has been well looked after. Renting the house has been very successful and we have had some busy summers.
When the house is empty Riviera Luxury Property Management checks the house every week and keeps us informed of any issues. At the end of each summer season we agree a list of jobs to get done over the winter and they bring in amazing people who they know and trust to do the work. I hear awful stories from other home owners of problems with their homes such as leaks and insect problems and it gives me huge reassurance that we don’t have to worry about anything like that. Without the help of Riviera Luxury Property Management, it would be far more stressful and a lot of hard work to manage a second home and I am incredibly grateful for their support.
